Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator
The role of the Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator is based in St. Albans, VT, as part of the Human Resource team. The EH&S Coordinator is responsible for providing and promoting environmental health and safety leadership in the areas of education, engineering, behavior, culture, and performance through employee engagement and accountability. Act as a change agent committed to accelerating process improvements within the EHS program, with the aim of supporting the employees and business in achieving its objectives. Promote awareness, understanding, and acceptance of EHS methodologies.
This position also has overall responsibility for ensuring compliance with federal and state environmental health and safety regulations and other regulatory requirements.  This position reports directly to the Director, Human Resources and works closely will the rest of the leadership team.

Quality Engineer
The Quality Engineer will be responsible for activities that drive Quality improvement and compliance to defined requirements, including Superior’s Quality Management System. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring that requirements for processing products and services, and other materials, into finished goods and products conform to quality standards.

Marketing & Application Engineering Manager
The Marketing Manager is directly responsible for (1) developing and implementing vision, strategy, goals and practices, (2) leading all aspects of market relations & development, and (3) overseeing and adjusting Marketing policies, processes, KPIs and KRIs, and administration functions.
The Marketing functions include, but are not limited to, product (innovation and development), promotion (lead generation and brand), and margin development to grow sales and profitability.

Senior CNC Machinist
The successful candidate will be able to perform complex setups, troubleshoot and proficiently operate the following, but not limited to: 7 Axis Tsugami with Dual Processors, 6 Axis Hardinge, Haas and Fanuc Controls, C-axis programming, and Hurco controls. The position requires knowledge of all machine speeds, feeds, materials, cutter tool geometry and safe operating practices. This position will also perform instruction and training for coworkers, including checking setups, work and operation of equipment, and part signoffs. 

The Kiln Engineer provides mechanical and industrial engineering support to improve product quality, process efficiency, and department productivity.
