The Continuous Improvement Coordinator is based in St. Albans, VT reporting to the Director of Operations. The position goals are to improve customer satisfaction, process excellence functions, and accountable for teaching, leading, and executing process excellence initiatives. The Coordinator will serve as a change agent for developing and encouraging a culture that is driven by innovation, accountability, and transparency. The transformation engagements will include fostering cultural transformations at STC through mentoring of executive leadership, organizational training, and hands-on project support. The targeted performance improvement activities will be supported by applying continuous improvement methodologies to achieve specific business results in operations, transactional processes, supply chain, acquisition integration and other strategic initiatives for the organization. The Continuous Improvement Coordinator will ensure the project goals align with the business objectives of the OPS department and have measurable benefits.
